Tasks

The area of your responsibility is:

Planning, installation, configuration, and maintenance of Unified Endpoint Management systems e.g. VMware Workspace ONE, SOTI, Blackberry or MobileIron
Administration of mobile end devices
Problem analysis, troubleshooting, and 2nd-level support
Technical advice for customers
Providing support for various (international) IT projects

Requirements

Completed technical studies or training/Ausbildung
Initial professional experience in the IT environment
Optional: Experienced with mobile devices
Very good knowledge of German and English
