Challenge

Worldwide roll-out of smartphones in more than 15 countries with subsequent international billing. Ensuring SIM card and contract management in German-speaking countries. Fast replacement of defective devices for end users.

Solution

Development of a deployment concept based on several deployment workshops. Test phase lasting several weeks, complete deployment incl. software loading, integration into existing EMM system, DEP-based, addition of accessories, maintenance of asset data. Establishment of a break & fix service with preceding hotline and optimized logistics.

Several device types (rugged devices, smartphones, iPads) had to be managed within an EMM system and qualified support had to be provided. Full-managed approach and hosting of the EMM environment in the private cloud. Fast rollout of devices within the organization.

Planning, installation, configuration and hosting of the EMM environment with the implementation of customized requirements. Support model for 1st-3rd level support of administrators and end users. Creation of an enrollment concept with which a total of 1900 devices were deployed within four weeks.
